Fun place to bring the kids...if you like Alligators!

William and I have been working out again...weights, the eliptical machine (when Liam allows it) actually running with the jogging stroller, and walking. Today was way to hot to run with Liam and he refused to nap long enough for me to do the eliptical, so I remembered this park I drove by in Sugar Land one time called Oyster Creek Park. I remembered it looked very wooded so I thought it would provide enough shade to bring the boys and run while Logan rides his scooter. We had a blast and it was beautiful! Some spots were not shaded by trees, so I ran during the sunny-spots and walked during the tree-lined spots. The hiking trails were so long we did not even finish. We stayed for an hour and I plan to do that every time the weather is too hot to run in our neighborhood. The park was well protected with Sugar Land police, and there were enough families and individuals around that it did not feel creepy. They have clean bathrooms, playground, wild life (we saw a wild bunny!) and water falls, man-made bridge, biking trails, hiking/running/roller blading trails, picnic tables, BBQ puts, lakes, and oh yeah, alligators!

Something struck me as odd though, the next photot will show this sign posted below the sign I have here. I am no dectective, but I have a really good idea where the "missing dog" may be after reading the "Beware of Alligator" sign! One more point, the sign states that the dog was last seen at this park (in the evening, alone, with gators, etc) I think I have solved this mystery!
