Liam telling us about his tooth.

Guess what, he busted out with a new tooth today. He now has a total of 2! Maybe I will catch him not crying tomorrow so I can take his 10 month old photo with the stuffed bunny he will end up eating!

Does Liam really need teeth RIGHT now?

Beach bound!!!

We brought the kiddos to the beach for Memorial weekend. We stayed at Nana and Grandpa John's beach house. It was so much fun and so wonderful to be with them. The weather was pretty crummy, but we had good company and had a blast. Logan even swam Sunday when it was cold and cloudy. He didn't mind, he's a little fish! Liam however, decided to bust out with his first tooth and that made for a rough night. Nana calmed him and was able to get him back to sleep. We woke up and ate a wonderful breakfast and played some games due to the weather taking a down turn. We watched some Sponge Bob and played the Game of Life. Not sure if anyone has played the updateted Life, but it is way more complex. More thought involved, more rules, you can steal salaries...it's crazy! Ok, truth be known, I lost and I am a horrible loser! I love to win...but I came in last. (Did I mention we recently brought out the old-school games and I totally whooped Logan at Astroids? I believe he got about 3200 and my score was oh...over 47,000!!!) Yes, I remind him every day, but unfortunately that is the only game I can win at! Logan beats me at all the other games every time! And oh yeah, I believe I mentioned...teething sucks!

Sometimes when Liam gets tired, he needs his big brother's support.

The other kids are all coming at him like a spider monkey!

Logan's last soccer game was this past Saturday. He's so awesome, he makes goals and really has learned to pass the ball. I also have to mention that when he is goalie, everyone calls him the "brick wall" because he will not let any ball through! I'm so proud!

William has coached for a few years, but this is the first year he coached and I was Team-Manager. Everything went great, I enjoyed it, and all was well...until I remembered (after the end of season party I set up at 9-ers) the Team Manager is in charge of gathering money from the other parents to buy the coach a little thank-you gift. Oops!!! No biggie, one of the kids gave him a really sweet card (in his own hand writing) with a McDonalds gift card. That is actually what reminded me that we are supposed to buy the coach a gift. Things tend to slip your mind when you are in charge but your husband is the coach!

Next season William will coach again, but if I am team manager again, I will make sure I gather the "thank-you gift" from the team. FYI...Logan and his team won most of their games! I'm looking forward to next season :)

Liam

I don't have any photos of Logan this time. His last day of school is this Thursday and he has been so busy I can not catch him to take his photo! He has quite the social life. I will send a Logan-update when school ends!

Future Model!

We entered Liam in this photo contest for "O Organics" food products. He was one of the 25 finalists who got to take a photo-op this morning along with a $50 gift basket. Out of the finalists, they will select a winner to be on the label of the baby products. We took the pictures this morning and he smiled great! We had several comments from other people at the grocery store telling us he should win! We'll keep everyone posted. Even if he doesn't win, it's not really a big deal to him. He said he will not lose any sleep over it!

Crab Pool

We picked this crab pool up at HEB ($12.99!) Very cool, it came with small plastic balls that are all over our house. As you can see, it is just as much fun inside with no water in it!
