Wow, this kiddo is tall! He is at least 5'8 and still growing! We are so proud of him, his last report card was all A's and B's (consecutively since he started school!) He is in pre-AP Math now and just got accepted into the gifted program for 7th grade in Reading, Science, Language, and Social Studies. He never wanted to test for the gifted program in the past and we never pressured him to. We think he liked his easy grades and enjoyed breezing through school every year! :) Anyway, this year he had so many friends in the gifted program he said he wanted to go ahead and take the test. I took him for testing (several hours long!) and he rocked! I knew he would! He is also continuing to play the trombone in band and he signed up for 7th grade Basketball! I am super excited about that!!!! We will be enrolling him in a basketball summer camp soon to get him up to speed! Watch out Kobe!
