The Mardi Gras parade in Crystal Beach is right around the corner from Nana and G. John's house. This was Liam's first time to see it. We survived the night and enjoyed the parade. (much more child-friendly then the Galveston parade.) Liam was unsure at first, but ended up really enjoying it (and he ended up with more beads than me! -but not more than his brother!)
